Startup Concept Test
Lab42 worked with an entrepreneur to obtain feedback from frequent travelers on a new business concept.

Problem
The client had a big pitch meeting set up with a major hotel conglomerate and was looking for more ways to validate his concept with his target market. He was also looking for additional feedback that he could use to build out the proposed feature list of his idea.
Solution
Lab42 set up a survey in which we only allowed individuals who were frequent travelers (business or pleasure) to complete the survey. We asked the respondents general sentiments about the new concept, likelihood of use, and also asked them to provide qualitative feedback.
Results
Within four business days, Lab42 got 500 respondents within the client’s target market. The client was extremely satisfied with the results, and actually ran two additional studies with Lab42 to gather more feedback from his company’s target market.
