About You

Lab42 is seeking an experienced front-end / UI designer to bring our products to our audience through brilliant design and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean design, the ability to think outside the box, and skills at building an understandable, interactive experience for our survey audiences. We are continuously launching new products and services to our survey audiences. We have a great technical backbone. Now we need to bring the products to life through your great design abilities.

What you would bring to the team:

• You have UI design experience with an emphasis on building and deploying complex web projects using HTML & CSS
• You will work closely with our CTO to bring design to our products
• You’re able to translate business requirements into Photoshop mockups
• You can convert Photoshop mockups into clean HTML / CSS code
• You can pivot on a dime. If there are changes that need to be made, you have no problem with making them.

You should also:

• Be adaptable and a quick learner
• Have experience in agile development 
• Be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Have the ability to see the big picture and prioritize projects

• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Ruby on Rails
