Purpose of the Study
You are invited to participate in a market research study conducted by Lab42. The purpose of this study is to collect responses through video recordings to better understand your opinions and experiences. These recordings will be used for research and analytical purposes.

Procedures
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to record video responses to several questions. Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without penalty.

Risks and Benefits
We do not anticipate any risks beyond those that occur in everyday life. While there are no direct benefits to you for participating, your responses will contribute to valuable market research insights.

Data Confidentiality
Your identity will be kept confidential. The recordings will be securely stored and only accessible by the research team and our clients. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed in any reports or presentations resulting from this study unless you explicitly consent to it.

Voluntary Participation
Your participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or withdraw from the study at any time without consequences.

Video Release Consent and Intellectual Property Rights Agreement

By agreeing below, you agree to the following terms:

Permission to Record
I consent to the recording of my video responses for the purposes stated above.

Use of Likeness and Content
I grant Lab42 the right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute my recorded video responses in any media for research and promotional purposes, and to share these recordings with Lab42’s clients. This includes, but is not limited to, publications, presentations, and social media.

Relinquishment of Intellectual Property Rights
I hereby assign all rights, title, and interest, including any intellectual property rights, in my recorded video responses to Lab42. This includes the right to use, edit, modify, reproduce, and distribute the recordings without limitation.

No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my video responses unless otherwise specified.

Duration of Consent
This consent is given indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

Rights to Modify
I authorize Lab42 to edit, copy, exhibit, and distribute the video recordings in any format and for any purpose consistent with the terms stated herein.

Release from Liability
I release Lab42 from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of my video responses as described above.
